Retail commercial investment investment in Fort Lauderdale.

Created proforma budgets and timelines for go/no-go decision. Assisted in lease negotiations with international tenants, tracked and managed budget and timeline through entitlement. Currently conducting real-time budget and progress tracking of construction with full reporting and draw requests to lender. This is a retail development with demo of an office building, build a new single-use international bank branch (5,500 SF), new build of international brand coffee retailer (2,200 SF), a new national branded wine and spirits retailer (8,000 SF), and additional retail space (12,000 +/- SF).
