I would like to know what self storage software is recommended and any other general advice starting out in this new venture.  

Or, simply team up up with someone in a Joint Venture until you are able to self fund.

I'm currently venturing into wholesaling, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a Nebraska purchase agreement along with an assignment agreement to utilize for wholesaling properties?

What route do you think makes more sense to bring together private capital for flips?Would a simple JVA would suffice at this early point or SEC regulations would make this more complicated, and expensive?

Each of my other ventures have their separate LLC's and their own accounts. 

It's intimidating enough trying to jump into a new business venture without people planting additional seeds of doubt.

So far, it's been working pretty well and some of the features I've really appreciated are the custom workflows, ability to prioritize tasks, and ways to link tasks.
