As the prices got higher and higher cities like huntsville and chattanooga became the topic of discussion for buy and hold investors and flippers.

I have started taking the steps toward educating myself about a lot of the topics you mentioned, but yet are still to be touched on. 

A few things that new BiggerPockets members do to get themselves out there and start forming valuable connections:1. use the 'search' function to find topics, members and areas of interest .

There are many topics that you should study that are not included in most books.
