The yard has a couple patches, 2 of their newer shrubs they planted as part of the professional landscape didn't make it (planted under a tree, didn't get any sun) But it's still in good shape.

They killed an apple tree in the first few months.

Good years come in lower than that, but leaks, appliance repairs/replacements, falling trees (just 1 - didn't see that coming!)

There were some trees but no huge trees that would hard to remove.

Not everyone's cup of tea.

Landscaping: fill the two front beds with low maintenance shrub roses (not fancy tea roses, just the short shrubby kind that grow a few feet tall at the most and do not mind neglect), edged by creeping Juniper.
