You can probably download your states standard offer to purchase and essentially tailor the offer in the terms and conditions that work for you, why not use it?

I personally think that everyone's situation is different and the decision to get your license or work with a real estate agent should be tailored to the investors situation.I recommend to new investors all the time that they should have an agent on their team that they can call anytime.

If you allow your mind to wander, you'll be able to come up with additional ideas tailored to your particular situation.Buy a computer, and depreciate it.

Based on your strategy, you would want to tailor your training differently.
