Direct Mail Campaign - Our House is Not for Sale

So I am fairly new to wholesaling and I actually just sent out first direct mail campaign. As you all know you get a decent number of calls from people saying my house isn't for sale. So my question is, do you guys follow up with these people or remove them from your list. If you do follow up, what form of follow up do you use?
