I understand the first parts where creating a win-win deal is key, I just can't seem to find what happens  When it comes to closing real estate transactions, there are basically three ways to do it: (1) do it yourself (2) utilize real estate attorney or (3) utilize title co.  

I'm not suggesting that the higher occupancy is the result of dropping Booking.com but am not sure that it ultimately contributed to more reservations or a greater success rate.

I'm coming from having some success with residential real estate.

Hopefully, it was based on their ability to successfully execute a transaction, and not just because they were cheaper than everyone else.  

You only get paid enough to continue.3) You don't need a dozen self-help books, all you need is action and self-discipline.4) YouTube University, podcasts, and the internet will only take you so far. 5) Book smarts make interesting conversation, street smarts make money.6) Find someone who is successful doing what you want to be doing and ask questions.
