Does anyone else use this as a signal when evaluating a farm area, and if so, how much weight do you give it?

(I have the Floodlight Cam which is hard-wired where another exterior light used to be, but they have a solar option also)  You'll just want to make sure there's a strong and consistent wifi signal (I believe minimum 5mpbs) so there are no hiccups with uploading to the cloud.  

Not sure how to explain it, the audio signal is too hot, could be soften so it's easier to listen.

This can be VERY expensive when the bond market is signaling that we are possibly at the high point of rates.

If the property is in a corporation's name, is it acceptable to have only one shareholder sign all the documents and be present on closing? 

I think you are overreacting to their original idea of AirBandB and I think you sent very confusing signals in the beginning, inviting them to have their own our assumptions of how things "should" be that didn't match yours.

One has a sensor on the floor which will send a signal to an electronically activated shut off valve when it gets wet.

Others have mentioned "signals" that help identify low hanging fruit (e.g., no online presence and w/in 5 miles of superwalmart), but I'm still wondering if their is an intermediary stage in financial analysis before digging into the expenses.
