I was also able to tune into an STR info session yesterday afternoon where they reiterated much of what you are saying - that the taxes on STRs (and RE holdings generally) vary a lot, may potentially be nonexistent due to depreciation, and accordingly many calculators do not include them.Thanks againGina

I joined a mindset coaching community (Jason Drees Coaching) last January as I had set goals for 2022 to get a coach, attend an event, and take a course to help with personal development.After just a few short sessions, I came up with an “impossible” goal for my W-2, and I shared it during our annual kickoff meeting.

Remember any free session you will be pitched but 70% of the reason you are there is to shake the hands and talk to everyone there.

I spent a few sessions with them going over everything I expected and even offered to compensate more if they felt it was needed to get the all the extra things I needed done, done.

I notice the next sessions will be strategy-specific (MFH, STR, etc) but the general session was good for me because I started with one strategy and switched gears.

I attended a free session in March then a paid "training" session on April 10-11.  

Put the game room picture with the bunks in the top 3 pics because it would really appeal to families.We thought those were good tips and our VRBO bookings are doing well but not sure if it's related to the advice.The second time we spoke to him he said our list was killing it and nothing to change.I suspect the Airbnb session would be similar.
