Typically people think FHA because it's what's thought of as the least amount down which is commonly the goal when we all get started.

This is typically for most people not a DIY project. 

My first home was 6% and my wifes was 8%, so people looking at 7% today as crazy - that was normal.

I've had people tell me not to worry about it and to just do it, and I've had other people say the bank will call the loan due.

I just stayed in a hotel in Moab and we had an A/C issue and it took two days to resolve and, honestly, that's not that out of line with my normal experience at hotels.I don't know where people dreamed up this idea that all hotels have someone waiting outside your room ready to resolve anything in 5 minutes. 

What you need to learn in your 20s is how professional business works, how to manage people and projects, how to run an organization and how to sell ideas and concepts.

Communication is easy people.
