@Jay Hinrichs hat off to you, I'll have a couple Tessa's in a couple years... solar powered roofs and flying in the skies if my predictions are right.And yeah Account Closed it's not really practical but it was a possible strategy and a way you could theoretical fund multi million dollar projects with a thousand bucks. 

They can be difficult to predict the ROIs and also as an owner you will have some extra expenses (grass, snow, water, etc.)Please look at: Single Family vs.

Personally I've never used an ARM that adjusted at anything other than 1 year intervals but it may not be a deal killer.An ARM that can adjust at 1 year intervals is more predictable and easier to plan for a year in advance.

Not looking for an exact answer (unless you can predict the future), just some thoughts.

My prediction is when the expansion is complete home values south of Asheville are gonna jump.

We are also less than100 days into a president, like him or not, its a less than predictable situation we are in.

They seemed to be spot on with what happened from 2009-2016 and with predicting the construction trends.
