I don't fault any of the AirBNB operators, any more than any of the other entrepreneurs/business owners suffering right now, because nobody could have seen this pandemic coming. 

Our other businesses have been the ones to suffer.

This was back in 2016 when I was still working as a biologist and managing this huge time-sensitive project mapping endangered plant species on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendelton near San Diego.

However, I’m pretty risk adverse and suffer from analysis paralysis.

That man is suffering.

You are going to be putting in a lot of hours at first with very little pay compared to the time you are putting in, but you are planting seeds that will come to fruition down the road.

Our government shut down the economy without a justifiable reason and the vast majority of us will suffer the consequences while the vast majority of them will become wealthy.Start preparing because this is not the worst of it.

You can go in to careers that don't require college, such as water treatment plant worker, or you can get an education and go into management like I did.
