Kind of like advertising a Brooklyn or Bronx property as a Manhattan property: might seem indistinguishable to outsiders, they're both in NYC after all, not far away on a map, but definitely not the same.

In the US I imagine that a comparison would be San Francisco, Manhattan, etc Investors who buy on those overpriced prime markets use other strategies (buying something unique in hopes of appreciation, renting for top dollar through Airbnb etc)The real estate market by definition also adjusts slower than the stock markets.
