The numbers still make sense for properties that will appreciate and attract top notch tenants.

Scottsdale STR market is very saturated and competitive, so you will want to make sure your home is top notch and with a pool to compete. 

Hey @Bruce Woodruff, personally I would try and get all your content moved over from Wix to a standard Wordpress site hosted by Bluhost or another top notch hosting company.Wix has a lot of limitations, it is very tough to move the content once you reach it's limitations plus there is a question of ownership of the site sometimes.

I have seen properties that are done with high end finishes in top notch areas sit on the market for months taking price drop after price drop yet another property not too dissimilar sells almost immediately. 

Price is already going up 100k-200k here especially for top notch condition, some realtor suggestion in BP really works. 

A good rule is to buy the cheapest property near a chick-Fil-A, their analysts are top notch and pick good neighborhoods that are generally slated for revitalization if they haven't been already.
