In my opinion, if you are outside of the time frame, you are essentially offering a courtesy fee, so I would keep it nominal (dinner, maybe a few hundred dollars, etc.)

You may be able to contact your current trash service and explain that you will have a one time large load.They may work with you and provide the service( for a nominal fee)We had one long term resident that turned sour and we had to get a dumpster to clean out after they were gone....a short term problem, but once that was address we rehabbed and turned the property over nicely.Good luck...
