You'd have to do some fancy behind the scenes work to set this up (in Globiflow), but like the previous gentlemen said, Podio is great for a CRM for your buyers, but it's also a great tool to match buyers with properties also.

Yes, sometimes agents request that you be exclusive with them for the time that are going to put in behind the scenes which many investors don't realize, however the time that she is requesting might be a little excessive.
