@Chad A Burge most of the real estate websites (ie Zillow, Redfin) also have property tax info and it's really easy to navigate.

Furthermore, baking compliance into the token can help market participants navigate the extremely complex task of selling securities across borders.Security tokens make compliance so frictionless that, I believe, regulators will begin requiring securities to be tokenized.

Having an idea of what you prefer on all these will help you navigate with your broker.

@Andy Mirza frankly I did not trust the party that put me on title so I secured an attorney to navigate the issue and act in my best interest.

In addition to the plan setup, most quality providers of such services will offer meaningful support to help you navigate the tax code as you make investments. 

There are a lot of resources here that I haven't been able to fully navigate yet, so please feel free to just direct me to similar threads/blogs!
