If ya wanted to do your own video, you can get the lighting and screen for less than 500 bucks. you can use any hi def camera and I use sony vegas to edit. there is also final cut on the Mac.

I use my camera phone to remind me which house is which when I drive properties and I keep all my forms and files in the cloud and access them from anywhere I can get cell service or grab unprotected wifi.

Just good to get the question answered. running RV park is a different animal as you know especially if your not there lots of cash for the night .. you will need security cameras to view the pads and make sure your getting paid

One thing I would recommend for any properties in the city is either cameras or security system of some sort; especially if you aren't looking to owner occupy.
