Hello, I’m literally a beginner to the world of real estate investing.

Should I explore different avenues or are there any tips/ideas someone could provide me with securing a home below market value in an area that homes are selling like water(not literally of course).Appreciate the help!

@Matt @Matt Pritchard my husband and I just read your blog you wrote a couple of years ago and literally belly laughed.

Now that we are in our 40s and have teens we want to find an area that isn't literally freezing for 3 months out of the year and a place with a population bigger than 300. 

I am sure his security deposit will be used up on junk and trash removal, cleaning, fixing everything he broke.2) Among the things he left behind were a huge nitrous oxide tank in the bedroom closet and six boxes totaling literally thousands of steel cartridges that say "ultra pure" on them. 

I've done literally everything that could be done on a home, from roofing to siding to drywall to foundation repairs.

There are a lot of factors to consider, and I would recommend flushing out the taxes with a CPA the first year to make sure you sent everything up correctly and don’t leave any money sitting on the table.

Hello @Ben Davis,The beauty about this business is that you can literally change your path as needed. 

And the current tenant signed a lease through 2020 and her job literally relocated across the street.  

We do have some tenants I joke that I'd do cartwheels for because they are A+, and literately we'd try and move mountains to keep!
