Hello Ashish, as H-1B visa status doesn't permit in active jobs other than their employer. .

My brother in law works for them, absolutely loves his job and his employer, so very hard to be objective about deciding to invest. 

I needed a consistent cash flow while still holding onto my regular full time job.

My partner and I both have 9-5 jobs with mine requiring work travel, so it has been a challenge attending local meet-ups regularly; which is why I am so glad this platform exists to help us network! 

The goal of a cost seg is typically not to offset the income from the property, but to offset income from your active income (potentially a high W2 job).

They are just like you: working jobs, parents, side hustling, wearing sandals, and driving a Prius.

Same thing like how do you know if a civilian will keep their job?

I'm planning to move to the area for a job, but who knows what the future holds!
