I am small time though built about 300 homes in the last 7 years or so.. 4 developments and spot lots in Charleston sc and  Ocala FLA ( Fla was not worth the effort for us)..

Hey @Marty Howie - I have a BRRRR calculator that I built out to run deals on, but I am not sure that's what you're looking for.

That gives me between 2026-2030 to to build a foundation of 4 properties using the loan before I’m “settled down.”
