You can refi each property individually to take the cash out, let it season for 6 months and then refi again (rate-term this time) to lock into a 30 yrs fixed conforming loan.

The wiring may be aluminum which requires a special, expensive connector just to change out the fixtures, outlets, or switches.I agree with @Leslie A. that it's worth looking at but only if you have an interest in getting into MHs and the time to put in a few months of hard work.

i  use second hand stores and we have a cheap outlets for curtains.

Create a little raised mound and landscape it nicely with bark and flowers.

Also, it seems like there are just so many social media outlets (Linkedn, Google+,) it's never ending.

Try thumbtack (I have used it) or handy or home advisor. see if something works out. Let
