@Scott Rogers I am hoping that the fire works out to be a blessing in disguise with much of the home being updated less the deductible.

From experience the main panel can be in a separate room but you'll need digital remote annunciators display at each entrance.

You can actually see the nightly fireworks from the master bedroom which is a pretty cool feature.  

It says on the bid results page that it does not display until its under contract.

Its a nice place, it was great to watch fireworks all over so cal last night that is for sure.

Both will require you do extensive text/email/registered mail and other means and that you will display that you have exhausted all efforts but to no avail, you then have to get at least 3 bids according to your original agreement, including fixing the damaged done by the contractor.

It is very difficult to get the permits for the locations that generate $7,500 per month, per display. 

-The occupancy rates displayed are usually off since some portion of the rentals are occupied by the owner some percentage of the year, some are only available a certain portion of the year, etc.
