It seems like many of the houses on these sites are listed by large property management companies such as Progress Residential and American Homes 4 Rent, and neither of these companies are well-reviewed on sites like TrustPilot or BBB, which gives me pause.

These prices appear to be the “new normal” and will very likely continue higher, albeit in a much more “orderly” fashion.

Our elite are making more money on the decline of working class Americans than they ever could have dreamed when America was becoming stronger, I trend I see continuing.  

It is simply not wanting to deal with the property management because they are terrible and wanting to deploy the capital in a different fashion. 

I'm selling a property and I'm just giving credits because its too hard to get workers in timely fashion because they are all so busy.In these general market conditions, I'd tell you to take a hike and I'd move onto the next buyer.

There is also the American Society of Home Inspectors which allows you to search for an inspector in your area.

Cash for "keys" after a fashion, where the key you're looking for is a recent mortgage statement that gives you an account number, balance owed, penalties and a customer service phone number.

In my opinion, giving someone the boot in that fashion, unless you're having serious problems already, is just asking for a whole lot of "accidental" damage on the way out that you'll end up having to fix, and likely get nowhere attempting to collect.
