Ask and see if she is negotiable.Many sellers list property "as is" but then agree to adjust the price or make repairs.Many buyers offer to purchase "as is" but then ask for price reductions or repairs.Frankly, it drives me nuts.

What is the point of a wholesale course where they tell you to go drive for dollars, or knock on doors, or worse.. stalk MLS for "deals".Maybe I should sell a course on wholesaling!

At this point an offer would show interest.Consider revising the listing . . . not sure about the restaurants and other amenities nearby - sell the house since the buyers will know the area.Interest rates are driving sales and impacting flippers with HML payments.

This post wasn't my first attempt at jumping into the real estate world, I've developed a list of about 50 absentee owner's of vacant properties via driving for dollars, and I'm looking forward to making phone calls/direct mail, but in regards to the post I really just wanted to see if anyone out there has used the product.
