I am looking for a contractor who understands building a house with environmentally, non toxic, chemical free materials.

For financials, you require the seller to give you the certified rent roll, past 2-3 years of P&L, current T-12, all contracts, surveys, environmentals, lien waivers, tax statements, utility statements, bank statements, etc.

So I'm not particular proud of it but I am owning it.  2019 is about building out a process, and a team, and reducing my own financial footprint in the process.
