If im buying a house and i want to do a phase 1 study but the seller tells me he already did one years ago ¿ what should i do ?

Assuming you are interested in the result, then request that the seller share with you the result of the Phase 1 study. Otherwise, proceed with Phase 2.

What is phase 1? How many phases are there?
