Initial complaint is that the master is cold not sunroom but stems from heat escape and air entrance from sunroom.

-The carport is a 1/1 “in law space” with its own entrance and the terrace is a smaller 1/1 (Still with its own entrance but is still connected to the main house) It’s effectively a 5/4 Triplex now.

Look at moving the driveway entrance down further to the south for a more straight on approach. 

The big draw was the back door that could serve as a separate entrance to the basement.

The only entrance to the downstairs bathroom was through a bedroom.

There are brick pavers that connect these 2 duplexes and they share the same brick paver driveway and entrance. 

The attic entrance was drywalled shut, and so inspection of the insulation would be difficult.
