I buy properties with all cash (required) at tax sales and I am looking for creative ways I can pull some or all of my cash back out of these properties.Due to the type of purchase these are and everything they entail, I don't think any lender would do a normal cash out refi on these properties.Does anybody have any suggestions on some options I may have?
