You don't need to concern yourself with anything until her attorney attempts to contact you, at which point you could turn it over to your insurance company. most likely it is just a ruse to try and distract from her failure to pay rent and depending eviction. people can sue for anything at any time, even if It's a complete fabrication. unless you were knowingly negligent, you should have nothing to worry about.
