I am a Dentist and dont want patients speculating how much longer til I retire I thing it would negatively impact my business.  

A buddy of mine picked up a deal through his dentist - just because he talked about what he was up to in real estate.  

Here in NEPA there are companies that drill a hole through the subject slab, and pump in cement underneath to raise it to proper height. 

He warned me it's possible that it is located under this cement patio in the yard, and then it becomes a giant construction project to inspect it and that would blow up my budget and make me back out.

But, what comes next for Dean, right or wrong, is the boss thinking every time he's sick, gone to the dentist, or whatever, that he's really gone to a closing, meeting with a contractor, etc.

By the way these are in order of my walk through...so you'll get to see things as I did.Windows kicked in last night. and new cement patioCeiling removed in the living room.

That is also one purpose of this thread, as I hope to get feedback from all the experts on this board to help me determine and cement the threshold I'm willing to buy at.

There is a crack in the cement covering the stone foundation that is being investigated.

They required all the cement to be pulled out and the hole back filled with sand.

I added a 30x40 pole barn with cement flooring & taxes didn't budge??
