But for people who I took out to dinner (after they took me out to dinner) who I didn't raise rent by $200 a month when I could have to not mention they were looking, let alone a year after they told me it was too much effort to get pre-approved to get a tour of my other tenant occupied property they were interested in buying, they would keep renting instead, etc. to just give one months notice like this....
