Only option would be to move the entire system to the attic which would cost thousands...I'm looking for creative ideas that will take the buyers eyes away from looking straight up at drop ceiling tiles as soon as they walk in to the basement.

When preparing to meet with contractors, it is helpful to at least have a sketch of what you want, price out some of the features that you want (i.e. retro light fixures, tile, the fancy sink, etc.), or at the very least show your contractor magazine photos of the type of interior design you like!

Bathroom and Floor tiles (Plus Materials) are all on site.This week we will begin to primer and Paint, begin to install the Kitchen, Bath, and Floor Tiles, and start to install the new wood floors.We originally were going to refinish all of the wood floors, however after starting to work on the floors we realized that some of the floors don't have enough wood on the broads in order for us to sand down and refinish.
