The Casinos that were on floating barges, now, had the beach front land enough to buy and build again in Biloxi and Gulfport. 

Now adays in technology I would say assuming someone can not find the owner would be absurd. 

Seems like a bit less craziness than in the suburbs, but product with outdoor space, parking, bonus square footage is especially appealing nowadays.

But that is what people do nowadays.

The important thing nowadays is that if you want to buy, you have to be ready "right now" to put in an offer. ie, financial considerations need to be set up ahead of time, etc.

I am also considering using this as a long-term investment for those who would like to go to the casino or work on the Southside.

I have a friend who has a few units near the casinos that he seems to be doing OK with.
