We should be having 10-15 people. 8 colleagues have confirmed so far, but since it is still pretty far out, more will be RSVPing.

I also like this idea, because not always do I want to use the cheapest thing I will be having to replace if it is a rental.

That is, they'll say that you and your LLC are the same entity because you behave like you are one and the same.I have not seen this at play in the legal arena - as I said, I am not a lawyer, so I don't know all the ins and outs of that.But I have watched the IRS methodically pick apart an LLC and its owner based on co-mingling of funds.
