Your background should help you in investment.  

I have a lot to learn since I've spent the past 16 years in the hospital lab with laboratory medince and with no business background, but I look forward to the new journey!

I'll be going for my Real Estate Sales Associate exam just as soon as my background check is complete (working to get the occupation changed to reflect that).

They do background checks and persent the lease, get it signed and hand over the keys.There are also PM's that offer placement as a service.

How do you check out a company or person before doing business with them?I was scammed by someone who I thought I had investigated well but later realized too late that they were not to be trusted.

No background in real estate.

My background is residential HVAC tech/installer for 4 years (continue to do HVAC as well)  I quite doing HVAC full time to follow my passion.

You have construction background, which is very valuable in this industry.

Another option i would love to figure out how to export correctly is Google Maps Timeline, its extremely accurate.. i was comparing the data to my week of trying out MileIQ and it said i drove 22.6miles less in MileIQ for the week letting it log all my trips automatic compared to google timeline and google timeline is already running in the background if you have google maps activated with your gps setting turned on.. so it would be one less app to worry about draining battery on my phone.. gonna have to look into this more and see how hard it is to export the timeline to an actual spreadsheet...
