But the truth is he knew exactly what that property was worth in that condition, and that’s exactly what he got paid for.

Also, I feel the above map is not totally accurate and would tell you to connect with someone local that will tell you the truth.

Last but not least it makes more sense to put guidelines, rules, and consequences in place than it does to exclude people because the truth is if they had their life together they wouldn’t need to rent they would own a home of their own

If you are declaring it as your primary residence but renting it out, that isn't exactly truthful.
