If you have a house off beach it may pull in the beach comps and give you an artificially inflated projection.

Don’t want to come off as being artificial or extremely desperate.

I'm stunned to see that some use figures artificially inflated by the pandemic to sell their condos and "promising" returns that the buyers will never make.

What I've decided to do is gut the front yard down to about 6 inches below the lawn and order 2-3 shades of rocks and do some pattern work plus some artificial turf in the center of each side of the pathway.

In the end it didn't really matter because they are so busy they stopped taking new refi until an unset date.Also right now due to demand and uncertainty in the market it appears that the rates are artificially higher than they should be with the lenders that are still doing Refi , despite how well your finances are.  

I always wanted to do this but felt too stupid, but since I now understood my purpose I stopped pursing a degree in business management (which I only chose because I was confident I could excel in) and instead followed my passion to pursue becoming a primary-care physician practicing integrative medicine.

Have you accepted the fact that there are going to be plenty of lean years where you artificially constrain your spending to pump more money into your business?

@Kim Hopkins - I do a pretty good amount of tenant rep all over the country for retail spaces, but its usually retail medicine and we tend to target anchor centers and groceries. 

The interest rates, which are kept artificially low, make it the best time in the history to buy homes for the long term.
