I get the idea of "tuning in", but it hurts my ears because I'm usually listening to the casts with headphones and the sharp static bites right into my eardrums.I want to absorb every bit of information during the podcasts and recently I've just started each session annoyed and agitated by that intro.If the static can't be taken out for something better, can we at least have the intro play at a softer volume in relation to the rest of the podcast?

It's not completely hands-off (and probably shouldn't ever be), but there are definitely some very mundane and annoying tasks that just don't need to be as big of an obstacle as they are.

In my mind, messing with quarters for just a few extra dollars and change every month is more of an annoyance than anything.

That part can be annoying for both sellers and buyers.

If so, the agent is likely going to be okay with his/her role...if not, the agent has a right to be annoyed
