Once an areas starts down this road it's hard to reset the relationship between economic actors. 

We are going to make business cards and hand them out like candy, we going to attend more meetup groups and we will put ourselves out there to manage other investor's properties. 

It has been so much fun for me because it is like taking candy from a baby when it even comes to dealing the banks.

I think this is their way of weeding out bad actors.. 

Don't let the bad actors sour you. 

The whole point of raising rates is to flush out the overexuberant actors in the market. 

They may be giving you the best advice they know with the best intention and of course we all know there are bad actors out there too.
