I'm not against someone leveraging their ability/experience to supplement their income, but I thought that was a bit steep.I was envisioning someone that could walk through and point out a few things that would be required updates/improvements and others that would be optional: "if you do this, you might be able to get another $25 per month, but it wouldn't be a turn off to most tenants" kinda thing.I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with three units empty, so I want to make sure my time and money are spent as efficiently as possible.  

I will supplement and complement the utility (power plant) requisite development area up to the structural requirement side.

To supplement income during that time, I might have to wholesale a few properties to be able to live and pay the bills.

I've recently gotten a renewed excitement for investing with hopes to supplement my income while learning more and more every day.  

We also help the homeowner increase the scope of work with code supplements and missing item supplements to the insurance company because the insurance company has an interest in keeping the settlement low.

I see RE as a nice supplemental revenue stream that will ultimately fund my retirement cash flow needs.

My thought is to have them as a co-signer or put the investors' capital under an LLC to supplement the down payments.
