HI @Tim Upton,The Pricing your agent came up with seems to be pretty in line although you are correct in that inventory in sub $550K 2 beds is pretty slim so maybe for that reason alone you could test it a bit higher.

Oh that cost us an additional $5K of cash out of pocket.It was a couple months of slim pickings in our household until we could get our properties rented, us moved into one of the units and basically dig out of what was otherwise a tight situation.
