then as much as i can drink during the day and especially if i am going on a long flight like today vegas to Philly 5 hours.. work out in hotels all decent hotels have a little gym some have really nice gymduring layovers I walk the terminals. like at Ohair I will walk the entire terminal takes a little more than an hour.. smaller airports a little tougher but i will do circuts.. my biggest problem is vendor dinners its always the nicest resturant in town best steak martini's great wine etc etc.those are tough to dodge.. but just dont have desert..

Its a beneficial thing to bring goals to the surface and just share your thoughts with like minded people who can support you.I’ll start: I will find a location in the south/southwest to house hack a single family residence; preferably one with little yard maintenance I.e THE DESERT, or give the responsibility to my roommate, in exchange for a discount on rent.

Within the city of L.A is pretty much built out fully....but you are right there is still some land in L.A County ...out in the desert where it's a very long commute.

Two 17 years old and learning to drive, a 10 month old, a 38 and 36 year old.I lived in the desert near El Centro, CA, back in the 1990's, less than 5 miles from the border with Mexico, off on a dirt road where by zoning the land was agriculture and houses could be no closer than one every 1/2 mile.

It is true that California coastal weather, from San Diego to Santa Barbara is the absolute best in the world (I used to live in Newport Beach and loved it) and that California has some of the best natural beauty in our country be it deserts, ocean, forests, mountains -- but the reality is that the California economy is not in great shape and getting worse, and it is getting incredibly expensive to raise kids there.
