The only thing I'd want to confirm is the very unlikely situation that several tenants have pre-paid the next several months in advance.

It's always best to understand the terms and conditions you agreed to in your PMA, and the work to make this a smooth and amicable transition and make sure things like security deposits and prepaid rent get transferred and accounted for correctly.The timing is also crucial.

@Linda Thomas  I just let it go but I do list the pre-paids on each lease at renewal.

So perhaps an alternative to having a car available is to provide them with a pre-paid Uber credit?

If it costs $10,000 to install and the average electric bill is $160 per month, then you have essentially pre-paid your electric bill for 63  months or 5 years.

I am not very tech savvy but I have managed to create a website with it and it is not too bad at about $4 per month (pre-paid for a year or two).
