Having positive and motivated people around you is the biggest "hack" that is often overlooked.

He has some good info in it and some motivation to want to go big, but for a lot of people, buying 32+ doors on their first purchase isn't feasible.

You've found the right to find motivation and technical support! 

However, the posts I read that are the most encouraging are the ones where someone has success with a property and it motivates others.

However, depending on the motivations of the seller, you may find a way to carry some seller financing if you use a local bank or something of that nature.

I completely disagree with this "It takes time" and "Do yourself a favor and stay in school" attitude, not very motivating guys. 

This seller is motivated by cash only.
