If you're thinking decades down the line I would look towards the tourism side but as for right now...?

When other vacation destinations are fully open, will Florida see the same level of tourism?

The way I see it, especially with commercial and our tourism, there are plenty of opportunities. 

Throw in jobs, economy, tourism, no state tax, Las Vegas Raiders, and will look like LA/OC county in the future.If someone told me I can buy a home at a price that is same as 20 years ago in a major metropolitan city, I would jump all over it.

Nobody imagined the world would shut down mass travel and tourism, effectively crushing Airbnb and other vacation rentals.

Google searches for “Airbnb” are at an all-time high.ConclusionAt the end of the day, we’re as close to 0 tourism as we’ve ever been and we’re still booking 93% of our nights.

It will take you a while to get traction but if sellers are coming to you (inbound) the likelihood they are motivated is much higher compared to you blasting out postcards and yellow letters (outbound). 

Sevier County doesn't have any of that, and isn't likely to ever have any - the area relies heavily on tourism and vacation rentals have been around there since before AirBNB's founders were ever born.  

Now that outbound marketing is automated, I'm working on online inbound marketing, which will also be automated.

Rents are up on every property at turnover, values are up, job growth is strong, inbound moves are high, the weather is great and the only issue I have is not enough properties to meet the tenant demand.
