Diamond Connection out of Kenosha for our portfolio in Racine.

I've been looking at properties in 50k but they say those are only D and F class properties would you agree, Is it possible to find Diamond in the desert?

Not saying not to look there, but that is just as a diamond in the rough thing since it isn't a lot of heavy lifting.I don't really do much in the way of wholesaling but the last one I did off the MLS the numbers were like listed at $73.8K (after LOTS of price drops) and I SOLD it to my end buyer for $44K, and didn't even make $2K on it.See that gap?

If you can find an angle that isn't easily recognizable, you can find a diamond that is covered in dirt.

I'm looking in the AVL diamond market. 

There will definitely be diamonds in the rough in this market.
