Hi BP Nation.Im a brazilian national already investing in a TH in Kissimmee-FL for STR.As the first property became cashflow positive in the 2nd month of operations and the subsequent months were promissing, Im looking to expand for the 2nd property, but Im running low on cash reserves.Does anyone knows creative ways a foreign national can get access to low down payment credit?

@Grant Schroeder and I closed a VA house hack a few weeks ago for a wonderful navy vet. 

I am currently serving active duty Navy and will be stationed in Norfolk, VA.

Now I'm looking ahead to expanding my means and build new goals for next year.I am still active duty Navy, and I'm still working for the wholesaler.
