Low down payment option for foreign investor?
Hi BP Nation.
Im a brazilian national already investing in a TH in Kissimmee-FL for STR.
As the first property became cashflow positive in the 2nd month of operations and the subsequent months were promissing, Im looking to expand for the 2nd property, but Im running low on cash reserves.
Does anyone knows creative ways a foreign national can get access to low down payment credit? Ideally, as low as I could get it, but I'd be comfortable with a 10% DP.
