secondly, if the "land trust" is used....i was told by this same escrow/title company [regional district supervisor] that the lender will not accept the "land trust" because they are qualifying the individual, not the trust....this is btw, the "end-buyers" lender....and this also is illustrating the "end-buyer" using traditional/conventional financing...not "cash" or "hard money"......thereby, limiting the option of this being used as a viable means to close this SS transaction.so, i guess the verdict is still out as to what is the real way to accomplish a successful SS closing where those of us doing this work can really each some pay.....

It would be interesting if workplaces offered a way to invest in real estate deals or trust deeds/syndication deals how many people would choose that type investment over investing in the S&P500 for example.Of course people can use their funds to invest via a self directed IRA , but this is a bit more complicated and of course nobody will tell you about this at your job.

I have already spoken to DPW supervisor and the private repair person who gave the homeowners an estimate a couple of years ago (yes it’s been going on that long). Here’s the 2nd bad part - the other homeowner who shares the line is completely uncooperative and so far has said they won’t share cost of repair.
